Phở 83 is a dine-in and take-out restaurant located at 615 Pilot House Drive in the Oyster Point area of Newport News, Virginia, off of Jefferson Avenue. We opened our doors on Saturday, January 18, 2014. We are proud to be an independent family-owned and -operated local business, unassociated with any other restaurant, and dedicated to serving the best Vietnamese food in the Hampton Roads area. Our passion is Vietnamese cuisine cooked with care using fresh ingredients and a dash of culinary flair. Our goal is to share the joy our food gives us with our friends and neighbors. Our specialties include phở (the iconic Vietnamese beef noodle soup), bánh mì (the popular Vietnamese sandwich baguettes), and a variety of other traditional Vietnamese soups, noodle dishes, and rice dishes.

Many of our menu items are gluten-free and dairy-free, and we offer several meatless, vegetarian, and (upon request) vegan options as well. We are always happy to accommodate special requests and dietary needs to the best of our ability–just let us know!
